The "TEEZ" Game
The "TEEZ" golf trivia game was introduced at the 2004 FBR Phoenix Open. Since then it has enjoyed a fanatic reception from the golfing community. Like the real game of golf "TEEZ" blends the components of ability, in the form of knowledge, and luck to create a game experience that is both fun and educational. The objective of the game, as on the golf course, is to achieve the best possible score an a given hole. Scores are determined relative to par based on the difficulty of questions answered on topics that range from the of golf rules and etiquette to history, player profiles, tournament statistics, historical facts, golf literature, and movies. |

We got our regular foursome together one evening
to have some drinks and check out "A Wee Bit O' Trivia". As
bad as we play golf sometimes we were anxious to see if our knowledge of the
game was just as bad. Turns out, we are just as lame about our facts as we
are about our skills. However we still manage to have fun on the course and
playing the "TEEZ" game was no different. Answering
a really tough question feels almost as good as hitting a long drive down
the middle of the fairway. Conversely coming up with a really stupid answer
to an easy question is like slicing one over some houses, out of bounds on a
short par 4. In any case it's a fun game and it's especially good for those
rainy days you spend in the clubhouse waiting for the sun to come out.
