It is not meant to be taken out on the course. You should know the contents of the book inside and out before you ever get to the golf course. Given the difficulty of such a task, The Quick Reference Guide is to be kept in your bag. We enjoyed this very much book as we did the Quick Reference Guide. Knowing the rules is one thing, but the etiquette and dress codes may not be as obvious.
